Position Summary: Perform repetitive or standard production operations to aid in the production and packaging of finished products. Packages and labels finished products; packs finished products into cartons; moves filled cartons to pallets.

Qualifications: one year of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required. Has the ability to perform routine work assignments following oral and written instructions a plus.  

Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd

Position Summary: This position uses gas, electric, or liquid propane-powered forklifts to collect and deliver a wide variety of materials while adhering to good safety practices in carrying out a duty. Includes only those who operate a forklift as an essential part of their job duties. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Group Leader and follows prescribed guidelines or procedures in the performance of work activities.  

Qualifications: Minimum one-year forklift experience in manufacturing, distribution, or other environment requiring the ability to perform routine work assignments; OSHA Forklift Certification is a plus.

Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd

Position Summary: Set up, adjust, repair, and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment to support the safe, efficient, and productive operation of the Channel and Buoy production facilities.  Work is performed under the general supervision of the Manager, Maintenance and Controls; may be on-call nights and weekends for emergency or unscheduled repairs.

Qualifications: High school diploma or G.E.D. is required and at least five (5) years’ experience in general repairs and line maintenance in a manufacturing environment.

Shifts Available: 1st and 2nd

Position Summary: Perform electrical and mechanical installation, preventive maintenance, and repairs on all plant electrical systems, machinery, and equipment to ensure maximum uptime and production readiness; perform special projects related to the installation of new equipment and lines and the redesign of existing equipment and lines.  Work is performed under the general supervision of the Manager Maintenance and Controls with some latitude for the exercise of independent judgment in performing day-to-day assignments; may lead or train other Line Mechanics; may be on-call nights and weekends for emergency or unscheduled repairs.

Qualifications: Must be a licensed Journeyman electrician with seven to ten years’ experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical and mechanical equipment.  Must have experience with AC/DC motors and controllers, VFD’s and MCC’s; must have a working knowledge of PLC’s and their operation; must have the ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and engineering documents; must have experience with running conduit and pulling wire; must have the ability to install and maintain process instrumentation including sensors, transmitters, controllers and final control elements for measurement and control of temperature, pressure, level, and flow.

Shift Available:  2nd

Position Summary: This position is responsible for the operation of complex labels, case packing, and related machines to ensure containers are labeled and packed to meet customer specifications.  Work is performed under the general supervision of the Operations Supervisor and follows prescribed guidelines and procedures.  

Qualifications: Minimum of one-year experience in a manufacturing environment requiring the operation of labeling, case packing, or related equipment and demonstrated mechanical aptitude.  ISO experience and familiarity with OSHA Process Safety Management standards (PSM) a plus.
