Prior experience in a customer service position or similar
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for carrying out various maintenance tasks, including installing, inspecting, troubleshooting, and maintaining production equipment to ensure machinery remains operational. This position also performs general facilities maintenance.
Prior experience as an industrial maintenance technician or similar position
General experience with building facilities maintenance – HVAC, compressed air, plumbing, etc.
Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic equipment
Potential lifting of up to 60 lbs. Extended periods of standing, lifting and moving.
The Material Handler is required support the production floor by efficiently replenishing, moving, sorting and recycling PVC compound in a manufacturing setting where vinyl records are produced.
Prior experience as a forklift driver in a company setting (Warehouse, Manufacturing Facility, etc.)
Experience with forklift, reach lift and pallet jack
Experience with warehouse inventory management procedures
The Pre-Production Technician is responsible for having all pre-production products, (stampers and labels), prepared and available for production to manufacture vinyl records. This will be accomplished by, ordering, receiving, inventorying, cataloguing, processing, and archiving both stampers and labels.
Data entry experience
Simple math knowledge
Potential lifting of 25 to 50 lbs.
Stair climbing
The Production Shift Supervisor is required to oversee production operations on a specific shift. This position will guarantee that manufacturing runs safely and efficiently by monitoring employees and organizing workflows. Optimization of day-to-day activities while minimizing costs and producing quality product is a must.
Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
Prior leadership roles

The Vinyl Press Operator operates a vinyl record pressing machine to produce high-quality records. This position is also required to check the finished product for good quality.
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required
