We are a small family-owned business providing retirement, independent living to seniors in Covington and Brownsville Tennessee. These properties have section 8 housing contracts with HUD. The maintenance manager will maintain the care of two apartment properties. 

• Handyman experience, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Apartment Maintenance is preferred but not required. Must have reliable transportation and be on-call on the weekend.
