As a Jewelry Television Seasonal At-Home Customer Care Sales Representative, your centric focus would be directly dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service to each of our highly valued customers. With world-class customer engagement in areas of customer sales assistance and customer support resolution, Jewelry Television’s Customer Care At-Home Sales Agents are continually striving to build strong, long lasting customer relationships by continually enhancing the Jewelry Television customer experience.
- Answers and responds to continuously incoming customer calls with a high degree of courtesy and professionalism
- Represents JTV in a positive manner by exercising sound judgment and acting responsibly in the customer’s and the company’s best interest
- Assists customers in purchasing items from a live television show
- Recommends related items to be purchased – up-selling similar items to enhance the customer’s overall purchase
- Creates new customer accounts and updates existing customer account information
- Educates customers about multiple JTV products and services to include: methods of payment, shipping options, and return policies.
