Your primary responsibilities will include answering inbound phone calls and providing higher education finance information to student loan customers and colleges and universities’ representatives. Our ideal candidate is a solution-oriented individual who will evaluate difficult accounts, resolve customer issues, and effectively provide clear and concise information to customers. You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service while handling 90-120 calls per day, as well as email communication. Flexibility and a willingness to learn are key as you may also be asked to assist in other departments within the company. Must have efficient time management skills, and the ability to maintain a positive attitude both on and off the phone.
