About Us

Available Positions:

Customer Care Coordinator:
- Located in Nashville, but work from home right now.
  - Office is open to people that would like to go in
  - Training will be completed in office if candidate is comfortable, otherwise from home is fine.
- Salary starts at $18/hour, shift differential for evenings and weekends, monthly bonus opportunities.

Customer Care Coordinator Requirements:

Demonstrated aptitude and love for providing exceptional customer service.
A natural enthusiasm for resolving problems in an ever evolving environment.
Tech fluency – you’ll become an expert of our products and systems can learn new technology at lightning speed, as well as help and teach others.
Stamina and focus to provide support to customers throughout the day.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
A team player with a proactive, make-it-happen attitude.
Receptiveness to feedback and coaching with a desire to continuously improve.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and basic Excel a must.
Strong desire to work in a fast paced, innovative and dynamic company.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or four-year college degree preferred.

Inside Sales Assistant:
- Located in Nashville, but work from home right now.
  - Office is open to people that would like to go in
  - Training will be completed in office if candidate is comfortable, otherwise from home is fine.
- Salary is competitive base + commission.

Inside Sales Assistant Requirements:

Excellent relationship building and counseling skills.
Ability to manage time well and handle multiple priorities while maintaining a positive attitude and composure.
Quickly able to embrace, learn, and apply changes and new procedures.
Previous tele-sales experience is required.
Previous experience in consultative sales of a complex product is a plus.
Experience with a contact center phone system and a CRM.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
Desire to work in an innovative and dynamic company.
2 years post-high school degree preferred.
