We are looking for a New Business Development Sales Rep. to cover a territory of Nashville and the surrounding area. You will report directly to a District Sales Manager and report out of our Shepherdsville KY distribution center. As the Business Development Representative, you will be responsible to grow market share through prospecting and developing new accounts. You will engage directly with potential customers through fostering business relationships by presenting business solutions and leveraging technology to help our customers. A successful candidate will have demonstrated the ability to lead business development, engage with customers, and use their insights and our tools to drive market share growth.
Our Retail Consultant Specialist plays a critical role within of our sales team. You will visit customers on a regular basis to place orders or assist customers in entering orders on our online ordering systems. A successful candidate will have effectively demonstrated the ability to influence, provide a unique perspective, engage with customers on linking their priorities to our value proposition and understand the competitive landscape. This individual should possess strong attention to detail, critical thinking, communication skills and a drive to win. This position will assist our Nashville audience, but report to our Shepherdsville, KY. Travel is mandatory.
