SERVICE DEPARTMENT

Field Technicians are responsible for performing PMs and service calls at their assigned customer locations. They will provide help outside their assigned accounts as requested by the Service Manager and Dispatch/PM Coordinators.

The primary focus of the service writer revolves around the needs of our customers. This position will work with the service and parts personnel to produce repair quotes.

 

PARTS DEPARTMENT

Parts associate is typically the first point of contact for a customer or technician in need of a part. Their overall objective is to supply the customer with all the correct part(s) necessary for a said job in an efficient manner with superior customer service.

SALES DEPARTMENT

Capital equipment sales professionals are assigned a territory and will be responsible for selling new Toyota forklifts in said territory.  This role also entails selling used forklifts and warehousing needs such as racking.

The administrative professional will be responsible for assisting the equipment sales professionals by processing sales orders, sales quotes and maintaining customer data via Microsoft Excel.

AMP – THE INDUSTRIAL BATTERY DIVISION OF ALLIED TOYOTA LIFT

The entry level sales role will include visiting customers to sell service contracts on existing industrial batteries and also sell new industrial batteries.

The technician will be responsible for maintaining 24, 36, and 48-volt industrial batteries. Duties include watering, acid adjusting, cell replacements, and charging.
